Live Helpdesk

We offer a live, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm support desk staffed only with Microsoft Certified Professionals. Our support specialists are there to offer assistance with such items as application, technical infrastructure, data integrity, reporting and debugging inquiries. The process for receiving support is simply as follows:

Receive Support
With your approval, the support specialist will stream directly into your system to diagnose and resolve your issue.
 

Support Rates are $100 per hour and billed by 15 minute increments
Our guarantee: You will only pay for the support call if we are able to provide you with a solution in a timely manner. If you are not happy with our support service, please let us know and you will be refunded the costs of your call.

Self Support

There are several online resources that are available if you prefer self support. As part of any implementation, we will provide your application support team with training on the availability and applicability of these resources. From there you will be in a position to resolve most support issues in a timely matter without incurring additional costs.
