- Improve plant-floor accountability through implementing metric-setting and tracking for individual plant floor assets and processes
- Increase flexibility and speed by leveraging digital simulations and intelligent systems to optimize process and material flows
- Improve quality through real-time intelligence and alerts to enable proactive responses and support good decisions
- Support lean processes for manufacturing systems that also are completely integrated with financial and reporting
- Provide industry-specific KPIs and benchmarks
Sales, Marketing and Service Management will be enabled to:
- Have seamless communication between retailers and themselves, enabling faster, more responsive service
