We realize our clients are not all the same and therefore have different needs in engaging a professional service provider. Some companies require a holistic enterprise implementation methodology while others have a dedicated implementation team and are looking for a jumpstart to get them on their way. Enterprise Implementation Methodology

These projects entail the use of the proven system development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. This time tested approach has been specifically tailored to better accommodate the Microsoft Dynamics GP business solution.

Quickstart

The Quickstart service offering is targeted to clients who need to be live as rapidly as possible while simultaneously minimizing implementation timeframe and expenses. This is a more “out of the box” approach that makes use of the Dynamics GP product in its fundamental state without complex modifications or customizations.

Education and Installation

Some organizations already have the dedicated resources and expertise in-house to manage their own implementation. For these clients we provide an installation of the Dynamics GP application and an overview of the enablement resources available to them.
