Enterprise Implementation Methodology


This option is for clients looking to fully capitalize on the features and functionality provided by their new ERP system by following Microsoft’s Sure Step Implementation Methodology. This approach consists of the following stages:

Systematica Processes

Microsoft DynamicsTM

Sure Step provides a methodology combined with project management discipline and field-tested best practices. This is all wrapped in an easy to use tool that enables deployment, migration, configuration and upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Quickstart

Quickstarts are fixed scope engagements that are focused on the rapid deployment of the core modules of Dynamics GP. These engagements are the quickest option for getting the foundational features of the system up and running. Quickstarts are modular based with various alternatives to choose from depending on the system functionality that your organization intends to implement.

Education and Installation

This option is designed for customers who desire to manage their own implementation. Our team will install and configure the application to your company’s technical environment. We then provide a tutorial outlining all the resources that are available to enable your team to learn how to setup the system and train the user community. Although this option does not include our implementation services, we will always be there in the case you require support.
